longlakemapThe Calvary North Church Picnic/Service will be on Sunday, July 18th at 10:30AM at the Mason Baptist camp on Long Lake. As usual, this will be a pot-luck event so bring a dish or two to pass. Also, bring paper plates, forks, cups, and perhaps a folding chair.

After the 10:30 Service there will be a baptism of all who wish to be baptized. You should contact Pastor Matt as soon as possible if you wish to be baptized.

There will be swimming and games after the potluck. Lot’s of fun and fellowship!

The annual Memorial Day Picnic is approaching fast! Calvary North members and friends and family gather at Oulu Park on Memorial Day  at about 11AM – 5PM to have a cookout, play games, and visit. This has always been a fun time.  Just bring something for the grill and perhaps a dish to pass around. Also dress for volleyball, horseshoes, and other games. Lots of fun for the kids too.

Please join us!

Hey men!!

We are once again going to have a men’s retreat at the beautiful Mogasheen Resort near Cable, WI.  As most of you know we rent a huge house to enjoy the fellowship, teaching and recreation for the Friday afternoon/evening and all day Saturday.  It will be held on March 19th & 20th.  Some of us will be there by 1:00 – 2:00 Friday afternoon and you are welcome to show up whenever your schedule allows.  Food will be provided and we will handle the expenses on a free will offering basis.  Please do not feel you cannot afford to come – God will provide for us. We really feel God has provided this place and opportunity to gather together as men in the body of Christ and we look forward to having you join us.  Things are changing fast in this world and we can never spend too much time together, encouraging and praying for one another.  Try to let either Matt or Al know in the next few weeks if you can make it so we can plan food.
