We Believe In Acts 6:4 . . . But we will give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word.
Pray! By yourself, with your family, with the church, or at the Men’s Prayer or Women’s Prayer! Pray for. . .
- Revival in the Brule/Iron River Area – Pray that our neighbors may be saved through the free gift of Redemption and Salvation through Jesus Christ!
- Missionaries in dangerous foreign lands, such as Jeremy and Sarah Schiefelbein.
- Our youth in our church. Pray that they will grow in the Lord, and not in the world.
- Families in our church. Pray that our families will be strong, with firm foundations in the Word of God.

For the concerns of salvation, I have a prayer request I would like to forward on to you. I have a very dear friend by the name of Anna Jarombek. Anna is a teammate of mine from a co-ed Soccer team that I play for here in the Twin Cities. Anna is 28 years young, and is a recent graduate of the U of M’s Pharmacy School here in Minneapolis, MN. As a Pharm D, her specialty is in Geriatric Care. She is a volunteer for the Cancer Society and AIDS communities here locally, and has such an incredible heart for people. She even use to compete as a swimmer for various philanthropic groups in search of a cure for Malaria victims across the globe. She doesn’t even realize this, but it was because of her heart that I found myself questioning what I was doing in my life, and reminded me of who it is that I am supposed to be in our Lord and Savior. Anna was raised in the Lutheran Church. She currently lives with her fiancé (another incredible person who also needs The Lord), and is going to be married in October, this year.
I don’t know if Anna knows The Lord or not. She has this incredible heart that can only be from God, but may be a backslidden Christian just as easily as she may only be a non-believing churchianian. She recently shared with me how she and her fiancé just joined the United Church of Christ. Obviously – this alone has me greatly concerned for both of them, but I know that God can do anything, anywhere.
I covet your prayers of salvation for Anna. If you could please pass this on to as many prayer warriors as possible, I would be eternally grateful.
Thank you so much for all you do!
